After the mirror was cut off.

Then the holes are filled and new mounting holes drilled.

The mirrors have a lip on them so they can fit into the mounting plates. I have to flush mount them so I started reshaping the lip to look smoother. Will post finished pictures later.

Here is the finished arm minus a bit more finish welding and grinding. I spent 3 hours with a diegrinder and burr bit on it today. Oh and eventually it will be bodyworked and painted along with the frame.

Its is a full frame build and yes it will be stock floor with 22s.

I was going for a 1:1 ratio on the bellcranks and 2:1 on the bars. It comes out to the same as putting the bag in the middle of the bar. As far as the height of the arms and the length of the dogbones, I just made sure everything would clear and the heims would not bind.

Ive got some 3 1/2", 1/4" wall tubing that I will use for notching the crossmembers. It will exit in front of the rear wheel.

Hey what did you use to clean up the front fender lip, I remeber you stated that at the "other site", but everytime I try to go there to get some info. it locks my computer up, and my anti-virus goes nuts.

no, you cut the little mounting tabs off the inside of the front fender; then you welded something matching the contour of the wheel opening

Oh. It was just some roundbar I bent to the arc of the wheel opening and then welded it in. It makes it look like the edge is rolled but it is much stronger and allows you to pull the fenders out some for clearance.

Finished the other bag bracket and finally got to see the suspension in action. No binding and it gets all the lift I planned. Still need final welding and some finish work.

They are Infinity QX56 wheels with smooth centercaps. Only need to be bored out to fit the fronty or hb.

Low F350, what is you overall lift ratio? I love the work, the only thing that i see that could be an issue is the lift ratio. when i did my setup i did it a little too much. and put my lift ratio at about 2.75:1, it gets real squishy driving low. I love the build. very nice.

Holy Shit, its been a long time since Ive been on here!!!!!! I took some time off from the fronty after getting rear ended in my dually. Nothing serious but I decided to put some work into it. Just got the 24s on it and after I finish up some bodywork the bags are going on. Its not gonna be a full frame but it will be stock floor bd, set up to tow and the i-beams will be replaced by a front clip from a chevy dually. I will be going back to the nissan real soon. The next step on it is to get the wheels (22s and 24s), finish building the control arms and finally finish all the details on the frame. I will post pics as soon as I get something done.
