this is my buddy jasons 1994 hardbody that he has been building... it had the motor in it when he bought it but then he mis-shifted and blew it up so he is rebuilding it to be even bigger and badder...

i like it all but the gold brake booster

thats just a heat wrap so the booster doesnt heat up with the turbo sitting right by it.

I've seen the brake fluid resevoirs melt on 240s especially with top mount turbo setups. The harbody i guess is no different. You need the heat wrap there. Let me know if he is selling any of the old parts.

so is a sr20 swap way easier them a vg30 swap? i mean if i buy a motor off ebay wit tranny, wirrin harness n ecu. do i jus hav to change da motor mounts. if so i'll do it and rebuild my ka on da side.

if da vg30 isn't dat much harder i'd rather go dat route. because i hav a vg30dett witout tranny, but i hav a 4wd parts truck wit a blown v6 motor n runnin trans and a solid driveshaft.

but if theres a way to tune da sr to do that i'll do it. even though i wanted my bagged truck to have a ka24e-t and my single cab to hav a vg30dett wit 4.5.6 rear end gearing.
