help on the dodge again

well i posted the problems i had on my 98 dakota on nc so for those that read it i have more problems now i got a clutch now and can drive it but i dont have 4 wheel drive now any one wantto help me out on this

It electronic right? Check fuses. There also should be a actuator on the front diff or there may be a vacuum line running to it.

Does the 4wd shifter move at all or does it jus not engage? Cuz it almost sounds like it could be a linkage issue

yeah it acts like it ingages but it dont then for no reason i get the smell of burnt clutch
