The dash swap has been done many times. I've done it in my 93. It's fairly easy, just a pain the ass some times. Just make sure you get all the parts from the new dash. You'll need the a/c ducts and brackets that are behind the dash too.

If you google you should find step by step info from i think lowrider magazine or minitruckin or similar. They did step by step with photos of the exact process.

there is no difference except for the head has some more fins cast onto it, valve cover is black, and on the newest ones theecu pinout isslightly different.

horse poer and torque are the same, same sensors etc.

unless you are refering to the s14 as a blacktop, then yes, more hp and torque, but that uses more sensors and wires.

if you want to swap the engine into the truck, you dont have to use the s chassis trans/driveshaft, you can swap the sr bellhousing onto the truck manual trans.

The SR will bolt into the truck, but for it to sit level, you are going to have to mod the motor mounts.

Theres 3 models of black tops. S13 blacktop have stronger rods and pistons up to (450-500hp stock). S14 and 15 aka notch tops, have t28 turbos and vvt. =]

from what I hear the intake from the 200sx will fit onto the napz block as far as wiring i am not sure I don't personally know anyone who has done it .

I'm pretty sure the blacktops run VVT so if you get an aftermarket computor they can potentially produce more torque and power overall with a flatten curve, but if you dont go all out modding it just go a redtop for simplicity sake.
