There is a guy that is selling a 720 for 850. I looked it over. The body is straight. But, the guy is a tweeker and he's worked on it. One of the tail lights is taped on. The rear window is also taped on. There is a wire running from the passenger fender, im assuming that its for the antenna. And he said he rebuilt the motor it sounded fine when he drove it away. But im not sure what do you guys think? I only paid 200 for mine and could only sell it for about 600. so im guageing his off mine.

well for starters I'd make sure he had a clean title. Too many headaches involved is trying to get a title on a truck that has either been passed off from one dude to another or has been peiced together from a junk yard. I'd try low ballin him to about $700 - $800 but thats only if he has a clean title, NO TITLE, NO CASH, WALK AWAY.

700 on a 850 truck isn't a lowball... 500 is
depends on the condition of the truck... is it worth 800? 600? 500?
make sure you figure out what you want to pay for it. then ask the dude "what's the best you can do on the price" wait for him to drop the price himself, then drop it some more for him.. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CASH ON YOU.. you can't deal like this then ask him if you can bring him a check tomorrow..
id say if you want it, and it's worth it you shoudl be able to walk out of the deal with the truck for 650.. depends on your negotiation skills though..

Yeah I'd say start out at 500 and go from there. It may take a bit but in the end, the truck is only worth what someone is willing to pay.

Damn, some of you guys are nice:rofl: I usually lowball if its a piece but know that I can turn around and fix it up quick to sell or just daily it. You happen to have any pics of the trucks condition? Get some pics and post them up, that will give us a better idea on what you are dealing with.
