Rear 5-lug Conversions???

Hi all Nissan truck lovers. So I see the posts on doing a five lug conversion for the front hubs on the Hardbodys and Frontiers. But I couldn't find any info on what to do or use for the rear. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Either fit a Toyota Rear Diff or redrill the factory Nissan one to 5 lug.
