So eh idk what to do
4 runs ( 2 positve, 2 negative) 1/0 runs from front batt to back batt
2 runs( 2 positive) and ground in back
i never had a problem grounding my batts in back but idk what to do just to get better voltage. Thanks

ok... i will answer this question to the best of my experience... and its late, and im tired, so im going to just say "Use the same size wire on all of this... There is no such thing as Overkill.."

I would start with upgrading the Big 3 wires.
1. Chassis ground to Battery Negative
2. Alternator ground to chassis ground
3. Alternator Positive to Battery Positive..

Secondly, I personally dont recommend grounding your amps with anymore than 3 ft. of wire. Meaning, from amp to grounding point should be less than 3 ft.
I also recommend grounding all your amps to the same ground point (i know some people may disagree with me on that point, but it's the way i learned, and the logic behind it makes sense. Dont argue, just trust me)(Ill explain it later) but DO NOT use a seat bolt or something similar. Find a hidden, yet easily accesible spot, scrape ALL the paint off (you want it to be shiny by the time your done)(a wire wheel works good.) and then ground to the spot you just made.

StratusSrt01 has a bit more experience with upping your voltage, but these i just mentioned are cheap, and quick. I have used all of these methods when installing a higher end system without having to shell out more money than necessary.

Also, side note, look into getting a Deep Cycle battery. Optima Yellow Top is a popular one, Kinetic is good too.. Just uprade from your factory. Future plans might also include a HO alternator.

mn.. I meant I had a ground loop with the ground hooked up from front to back. I got batts in the back just grounded there and my amps hooked up to back amp. I guess i answered my own question lol
