Got a question. How is switch box wiring done? I have smc 1/2 in valves and an avs7 switchbox. Wondering if each valve needs a relay or do do I simply connect valves directly to switchbox. The switchbox wires are very thin and the valves are much thicker. Need answers immediately due to the need for driveability. Will post the project pics as I can.

well indeed it does say to connect them directly no relays needed. makes work a little easier.

does the avs 7 switchbox come with a relay box like the 9 switch one does? if so, it should be pretty self explanatory what goes where.

the wire gauge doesnt matter much on valves. they draw very little current, so you shouldnt have to worry about them being small from the box.

I solved the issue with the switchbox. I hooks up directly, no problem, also has an inline fuse.the bags work no problem, I have 80 pounds in each rear bag and it sits regular 2inch drop block height. The way I have the bags placed, only 6 inches from the connection link makes me a worried about tearing the bags. the bags are a perfect 3.0 inches high when it lays on the ground with the front only having drop spindles and nothing more. when I raise the truck up the bag is off axis stretching almost straight in the front of the bag and 2 inches less in the front of the bag. The spec on these re7's is 11 inches max raise. I am not traveling past 9 inches at the moment. Oh and I am so glad I had the axle slip yoked earlier. Will I tear the bags? There is no relay included with the avs7. I meant to say whats a good idea to create new wheel tubs and more importantly what method to use to tuck the titan wheels in. I know it it possible due to seeing cornwell's truck laying down.

To tuck those titans out back you will have to flare the bedsides. I think someone posted up some pics here, so try a search...up front you will need 4x4 front fenders and depending on what tires you are running, you might have to massage the firewall a bit with a hammer.

I have seen those pictures and chose another route to accomplish this. Will post when completed. Flaring then maybe curling afterward to be on the safe side to avoid scratching rims. Does it matter what axle I have? I have the one that has the sheetmetal access panel on the back side of the axle.
