I'm not sure, I have a frontier and a 521 but no HB to measure. I use 2 x 3 on most minis though but your the frame is probably closer to 4" than it is 3".

yea a 4" is the size for an HB good looking notches by the way

Thanks. My standard notches are jig built and I make sure to keep all the tube seams on the same side of the notch.

I can also do custom shapes and shear gussets. (welded or unwelded)
