this weekend I have install a suicide hinge on one door of my mazda b2200 the door when it opens the door gets into the ext cab part of the truck I need someone anyone post detail pics of ur hinge so I can compare mine to urs I bought the full hidden hinge kit from autoloc but their install instructions were a little vague it opens no sag just only opens like 30 degrees before it gets into the ext cab part I have one pic on my phone i will try and get it off please no negative comments we were far from done but once that happened we stopped for the day we will start up 9am in morn so anyhelp greatly appreciated

Sorry I have no pics of my old setup, plus i had someone else do it for me, but if you go to suicide doors they have a write up on how to do them if that helps any it's in the how to section under how to commit suicide.

thing to remember, is getting the hindges mounted as far out to the outside of the body as possible, pretty much almost right at the edge of the sheetmetal on the panels...
then the space on them... too far apart will make a strong hindge , but if the door panel has some shape (roundness) to it, that part will hit the truck first when opening.... hindges too close will make the door not as strong...
so its all about picking the right spacing...

I know why they call them suicide doors because when you are doing them you get so frustrated you want to commit suicide LOL here are my phone pics before all the reinforcing
