thanks man yeah i used a whole can well worth it the diffs gonna get done that color to.the block has been painted white since thesse photos, yeah the scoop only just poked thru the bonet so i jacked it up the motors a 63 ford windsor and the guy who builds/races them said round 280 with the 465 4 barrel dude they didnt stop making cutting wheels 4 grinders, it would b a shame hiding sumthing like that

i love that color on the frame!! something you might wanna think about is not triangulating your lower and uppers bars... thats what they do for rock crawlers but trying to set up your roll center is gunna be a biatch for the street. triangulate the upppers bars or the lower bars but i wouldnt do both... but its nice work. got to love a bug catcher on a mini!!!!

thats the whole point i didnt want it to look like sum mail order catalouge frm a shop so i made most things,the angles not perfect but itll do it'll almost run at factory ride height 2 i think im 30mm sort and thats the control arms flexin out nt the bags. lol sweet as i havent painted them yet just raw

I hear ya.. I like that set up. Just make sure you know how to dial it in.... Its pretty tough. Something you might wanna look at is like a satchell link where just the lower bars are triangulated and the top bars are parallel. And plus the handling qualities are really good.. something to think about.. im all for being a different but I just hate for someone to do all that great work and then find out that it might not perform they way they like... but like i said its great work!!!!

did you make bracket for the motor mounts or can you buy some? I am looking to do this but I want to go all fuel injection i dont like carbs harder to put a turbo on!! What would you have to do to the suspension if you dont have bags. Im afraid to bags on it if I put a 302 in mine due to the fact that it will become a drag car and dont want something to happen and pop one. TIA!!

yeh i custom made the brackets justa bit of angle, box and pipe + nolathane bushings for the motor side and plate and old 4 link brackets on the chassis side real simply, i went carb to get away from the computers and excess like that a turbo or 2 is set aside for the next project. for drag racing i would go 4 link, pan hard and adjustable coilovers and in the front i would get some cando arms and rig adjustys up to it, i dont see why it would pop under torque cause ur arms/ 4link should take the brunt of it

the disc is wilwood and the calipers are four pot us brakes i just used good old fashion peice of cardboard for the bracket and bout 5 mins on cad then down to the laser cutters

so ive done jack shit recently, but i have done a hole 2 things none of which was on my list hahahaha. ive installed a oil presure gauge and done my shifter. im amazed how close the autometer sport comp gauge face matched the hb cluster im so used to find stuff thats close but not really. so heres the pics
