ka24e idles fine for 2 seconds then dies....

i have tried everything i tested the fuel pressure, aicv solenoid voltage, timing, throttle position sensor voltage, and vacumm. everything checks out. but i have not tested the maf voltage, but have exchanged with another. but before that the car ran fine like 2 weeks ago. only thing i did was put an exhaust on it before it was just open down pipe. plugs look kinda black, and smell like slightly burnt bad fuel. also the aicv makes a buzzing noise. im at a loss im gonna go out in a min and check and see what the maf voltage is. if ne has ne idea's let me know but ill tell ya if i fix it.

when you did your exhaust is it straight piped or a muffler with a lot of flow because when i bagged by truck i cut the exhuast off and just had the down tube and my truck did the same thing untill i put a muffler on it

got it fixed pretty much all stupid shit. my egr block off was leaking and i check my plugs last night when i was drunk and got my #2 and #3 cylinders reversed.
Its always something stupid.
