Chat button on navbar

As requested, the chat button has been added to the navbar. it will take you to the justintv.com chatroom specifically for InfamousNissan.

also of note, the user InfamousNissan in chat is actually Pugz. he set it up, so feel free to complain to him about anything having to do with chat. :D i only visit occasionally. :cool:
