I have a '94 that I am putting an LS1 in and I am going to have alot of parts to get rid of. Is it worth it to deal with selling all the misc crap or just scrap it? Opinions?
I also have a rough bed I was going to scrap, but I guess someone may want it.
Is it worth my time to take the factory engine harness out intact or cut it up to ease in the removal? Didnt know if anyone every needs this stuff.

Honestly, I would be glad to get $100.00 for it. The engine does need to be gone through. There was water in the oil, so it was parked. It would still start and run fine before I started taking things apart. It will not be pulled really quick.
Are you interested in the 5 speed too?

water in the oil but still runs fine. I think you have an easy fix on your hands. Get a new timing chain and timing chain cover

Save the items without butchering. Sure it will take longer but be worth it so you could sell it. What all are you removing besides the motor, tranny and harness?

Whats to think about? $100 for a complete engine and harness? Thats a steal. Throw in the tranny for another $50-100 and I might even come buy it.

Please read the rules and regulations for sale on this forum.
3. Gauging interest threads are not allowed. Gauging interest includes:
asking what people would pay "if" you sold something.
making a post that says they will be for sale at a later date (either due to not having the proper selling privileges, or the parts not yet available)
These threads are basically ads posted outside of the for sale forum, and outside of the rules. These posts will be deleted.
