Quick update on whats been happening :

GF (of 2 years) moved to Perth after we broke up. I flew over a couple of months later to patch things up (expensive weekend!!!), she came back a couple of months after that & I surprised her with an engagement ring. So within 3 weeks of her getting back we had gotten engaged, moved back in together, bought her a car & bought a house. We take over on the 18th of Sept, 4 days before my birthday :nana2:

So now that my shit is back on track, the Valiant will be soon receiving a birthday of its own as I'll be getting back into again. Photos of house & Valiant will follow.

On a side note; I'm thinking of putting together a quick daily in the form of a D21 or D22 Doublecab with a VQ35DE from a Maxima. We have acquired an ex-USA 2WD 2002 Kingcab Frontier which I'm eyeing up :thumb:I miss having a truck

I have noticed the rear 1/4 glasses are different on the US spec version. NZ D22 has the same rear cab glasses as D21 Kingcab. Cheap bastards!!!!!!

yeah, i looked at the window closer, and it looks like i can fit the d21 windows in there...there that top body line on the hood, that need to be shaved off, to make it look good....

tier just rock the 98-00 hood. it's totally flat.

and i think the d21 rear windows look better than the d22's, plus those actually open. d22 king cab glass doesn't move. and i still want the chrome grille :P
fuck that i got a 01-04 with a hood scoop on it bitches, and i also got a grill in the works...and im gonna look into this window swap closer

I almost feel like I should start over. Have been trying to be on here more often & just end up talking bollocks on Facebook with Tier, John, Jake, Candy, Jenni etc..............its like my IN family away from IN :D

Anyway, for those that don't know me. I'm Trukboy, a name I inherited from my job (where I still work even) as I handled all the Ute jobs back in the early days. Have been hanging around alot of these guys since the website before NM (what was that again?). Used to have a white Mitsi L200 Double Cab dumped on 17's back in the day (loved that truck) which made way for a Navara Double Cab which I had many dreams for but ended up selling it to throw the money into a house, shortly followed by a divorce :rolleyes: A Datsun 620 came & went very quickly then I turned to Stationwagons which I'm still messing with, on about my 4th or 5th wagon now :thumb:
