View Full Version : quick update fully primed and something ive never seen

just snapped a few quick pictures. they are terrible and the lighting was gone since its so late but just wanted to throw some update on my progress. decided to paint the bottom rockers and pannels black since i was trying to be different and ive never seen it done. i like how it came out. let me k now what ya think :thumb:

they are moddified trailer lights. temporary fix untill the whole rear end gets redone over the winter.

the front bumper is what gave me the idea. not to mention there is a body line all around the truck there.

id cruise with him anyday of the week. as long as there is randon draggin here and there. i just wouldnt use those mirrors on my truck. as long he likes it thats all that counts and im fine with that

i apreciate it but hes intitled to his opnion.

And to clear the air im not to big on them either but here in the democratic New york state we are required to have mirriors on our vehicles to pass inspection. They are coming off over the winter when i weld in the covers i have.

Hell I kinda like the mirrors lol.

Great idea with the black on bottom makes it stand out.

nothing to be jelious. funny story is i have always been into mini trucks all my life and one day i decided F it im going to buy one. this is a work in progress but i plan to completely re-do the exterior of this truck over the winter.

i had those mirrors on before, to big and bulky for my taste. No mirriors for me is the only way to go. if you ever look at any chip foose vehicle, nearly every one is without mirrors.

Well ya gotta see alittle somethin.. Dont break your neck looking around :) I have the little billet motorcycle mirrors most people have on here. I think it add detail IMO

no i have drop spindels, need to have an allignment done the camber is a bit off.

those mirrors dont look too bad up there. itd be even sweeter if u got in and there was a huge jockey shifter to go along with em lol. i like it though maybe when u paint it you shuld do it silver n then run that black around the bottom like you did with the primer. n i feel ya on the inspection laws. va just did away with ride height laws and shaved handles. n here you only need a driverside and rear veiw. still dicks about window tint though
