we kicked some major ass today.. had another of our close buddys join in.. we managed to get the suspention almost stripped to where we want it.. and my buddy chris "pathfinder owner" got the shell made.. ill try to explain what he's doing with it.. he's laying 3 peices of sheetmetal down thats gonna be removeable.. 1 behind axel, 1 on top, and one in front of axel.. for the rear u can see how the middle is open.. hes putting either 1 or 2 15" subs there.. as for the front of axel side sticking 1 red top in the center, and 2 compressors on either side of it.. there all gonna be in there own compartment with plexiglass covering them, theres gonna be a blue light inside each compartment glowing.. hopefully this helps explain that part.. for some pics now..
first we took off the rear link bar connecting from passenger side frame to drivers side suspention..
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g226/pearl91chevy/Pathfinder/12-2-07/DSC03917.jpg

got the upper link bars off..

http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g226/pearl91chevy/Pathfinder/12-2-07/DSC03915.jpg

a bad pic of the shell.. hopefully u guys understand this.. this is where the subs will be..
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g226/pearl91chevy/Pathfinder/12-2-07/DSC03916.jpg

cutting out the bar that the upper links connect to.. this is gonna be moved forwards towards the front of the truck..

and just a pic of when we left tonight..

alright.. went and worked on it tongiht and got pics..

THE METAL!!
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g226/pearl91chevy/Pathfinder/12-7-07/DSC03930.jpg

this is how were extending the bars
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g226/pearl91chevy/Pathfinder/12-7-07/DSC03934.jpg

o NO!! wheres the bar?!?!!
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g226/pearl91chevy/Pathfinder/12-7-07/DSC03931.jpg

o right here!!
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g226/pearl91chevy/Pathfinder/12-7-07/DSC03932.jpg

capped ends.. its not pretty, but it works..
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g226/pearl91chevy/Pathfinder/12-7-07/DSC03933.jpg

and the bar in place.. while i was taking this picture i realized.. i had the axel jacked up so the driveshaft would help hold the bar for the upper links.. well i thought, this is a problem, the axel is gonna hit this bar when trying to lay out, and the axel was paraelle with the frame when it needs to be raised alot more.. so cut that out and finding a new way to mount it on top of the frame rails.. thats where i ended the night.

well im bringin her back.. chris put it away right before winter ended and its been in his backyard since.. he has since moved to iowa and only comes back to town twice a month. so we decided that i could work on it.. so its pretty much in my hands of whats going on with it, he said hes gonna be ordering parts sooner or later but im gonna get the thing cleaned up and we'll go from there but anyways..
so talk about a freakin mess lol... go back there with my mom, get the ignition to turn with a flathead screwdriver lol "key is in iowa with chris but getting sent to me".. next was trying to get it to start so i grab the battery i threw on the charger yest. and stick it in the truck.. IT STARTED RIGHT UP!! after months and months of sitting it acually started lol.. it was filthly though, huge spiderwebs everywhere, just nasty.. but here are the pics.. i got some goodie ideas for this beast lol..

copy and paste isnt the right way to do it. you carried over some of the buttons and other NC related crap. (ill clean it all up)

instead, go to your original post, hit edit, and only copy and paste the text.
