I say offer him $300 and tell him will cost alot to fix it at a shop...Then fix it your self... But looks like a good deal..

I talked to the owner and he said the heads have pits in them and it needs to be resurfaced, but that only costs $30-$100, so im going to try for $375

Yeah it wont cost much to get the head resurfaced, but youll still need gaskets so you still lookin at leased another 100 bucks at other parts..

Update: My parents thought noone else was going to buy it but i yold them 50 million times someone was and to hurry and get it....but they just chilled....im so fucking pissed.

well the owner just called me and said that the guy who was wanting to buy it hasnt called her or anything so she is assuming he doesnt want it......i might be making a trip get pick it up here in a few!!!!

Get the $400 from your parents, pick up one of your friends, then show up and say "welll... I still really want the truck and everything, but when I heard it had sold I went and spent some of the money I had set aside. Could you take $310 for it?" If they say yes, SCORE! They just gave you $90 just for asking. If they say no, say you need a second and step a little bit away and turn your back to them and start quietly begging your friend for money. After a minute or two have him give you a little bit of the money you took out. Tell them you have your $310 and your friend can lend you another $41 and I guarantee they'll let it go for $351.
