how big is the hole? no one seels patch panels for these trucks. its hard enough just to find common parts.

if its just a hole, use sheet metal
if its the back wall below the window brace, use sheetmetal
if its the back wall including the window brace, hit up a junk yard and cut a patch panel.

same for the bed.

here is a picture of it. if i put a sub box there, what would be the best way to seal it off so no air or anything else gets in?

You could use a rubber accordion boot for rv's, or any type of a rubber seal along the lip of the box where it meets the cab and bed.

same for the bed.i can get a new full rear cab patch panel for $150.00. does anyone have one off a wrecked truck for cheaper? i would just use sheet metal but it will be hard because of the contour of the truck.

nah, its not too bad finding most parts for a hb if ya know where to look. an by that i mean if you work at a collision shop lol. they still make most crash parts for hb's, theyre just aftermarket. Ifyou needs somethin, lemme know, i can prolly get it.
