View Full Version : '87 HB king cab, shaved and satic dropped

hey guys, really hate to let my first truck go, but her she is. the body is rough. the doors and fenders are mint with no rust, but its the rockers, floor panels, firewall, and bedfloor are going bad. this would be a great project for someone that was gunna do a body drop and tub the firewall for 20's, cause you'd have to cut out the bad parts as part of it anyway. frame is cock solid tho which as we all know is rare for a truck this old
here's some specs:

static dropped - 3" off the ground
2" drop spindles
frame notch with 2x2 square tubing for a bridge
rear shocks relocated to bridge
shaved everything with relocated tailgate handle
gas tank mounted in bed (mounted with 1/4" plate as brackets, very solid)
has a Z24i motor with a header and a full header-back 2" exhaust
5spd tranny (needs a new clutch)
roughly 220xxxkms (speedo cable snapped as soon as i drove it, so it doesn't turn the odometer, had 189xxx on it when i got it)
full tweed interior with 'glass resin coated and painted dash
jump seat panels covered over and has a hole for a 6.5" speaker
pheinox gold deadliner on everything but the back cab wall :crazy:
currently on pathy rims with snow tires...can't afford summer's right now

has some electrical troubles. tailights work when they want to, only one headlight.

$500cdn obo...also part out, let me know what you need. possibly drive to some states along the east coast. i have a friend that is basically family that lives in orlando, so i could prolly drive that far for a serious buyer

actually, i came on today to delete this thread, i'm trading it to a guy locally. i'm trading him my truck for 2 alpine typre R component sets, a type R 10" in a bassworx ported box, a 400 rms 4 channel audiobahn amp, an 800 rms 2 channel audiobahn amp, and all the wiring i would need for the speakers and stuff...the sub, box, and 800 rms amp are all only about a month old.

the component sets are only about 6 months old, and the sub, box, and 2 channel amp are only about a month old...as far as i know they all work just fine...i planned on testing them before doing the trade anyway. and its all going into my pathy.

My little brother needs a truck and i would rather have him driving for nissan like his big brother. You know keep it in the family nissan wise.
