it fits, but you'd have to modify the EGR tube to reach it and also modify the down-pipe area to get that piece to fit. it also looks to hang a little below the frame as well when I test fitted it.
i just didn't have the time to be able to do everything to make it work

thats a great deal...i have one on my 01 fronty... the EGR tube does need to be lengthend and it does hang below the frame but damn if i doesn't sounds sweet with a flowmaster. i dont think they work with autos...someone should jump on this one...it was the best performance mod i have done.

How did you lengthen your egr tube? did you have to weld on a longer section?
If you don't mind it hanging below frame, does it bolt up to the stock cat in the same location?

this is a little late i guess but i plugged the egr tube no pics because my truck is at hoh and i am in iraq...and yes their is a gain in power for sure, not to mention the sound it makes compared to having just a muffler...i had to move the exhaust forward some and rehang it in spots but it was pretty straight forward...ice is going to fix the egr but i am not sure how.

only modifying I saw when I test-fitted mine was that the EGR tube would need to be lengthened to reach the connector and the down-pipe area would need to be modified so everything could fit in good. the down-pipe that comes with it is a little long, so you'd have to cut your existing exhaust to fit and accept the o2 sensor, if one is at that point.
