I'm looking to do an xterra front end on my 2000 frontier.
I was wondering what was needed for this to be done?

if im not mistaken all you need to change is the hood, core support, grille, bumper, and valence....the fenders are the same

fenders, hood core support, bumper, grille, lights, and work (alot of it). I think thats about all. Every pretty much bolts up though.

there was a guy from the last site, and he said he used his OEM 98-00 fenders, bumper, valance, just swapped h/l grille and hood...and it looked damn good.

To run the newer lights you have to change most of your fron end. Or you can do a lot of sheetmetal work to modify your hood, fenders and core support. Then you will still need a bumper and some bumper brackets.
ive got some pics of a 98 frontier with an 04 xterra from end. hood, bumper, fenders, lights.... ill post them up later

Try keystone or another aftermarket body sales place. I just swapped the front end froma 2000 fronty to an 04 for like 800.00 total not including paint. Just part.

you need lights, core support, grill, you can keep your bumper. hood can either be modded to fit or use the xterra hood.

Hmm what is this xterra front end swap I may have to try it. I used the xterra hood it gives u a little more room under the hood when u bodydrop it.

Its not my truck, Its just something i pretty much stare at everyday because i have most of the stuff to do the swap sitting in my room im just a lazy ass. If i were to actually get it done i would want to use the stock hood. the xterra bubble looks off to me half the time on frontiers.
