Im looking to redo my exhaust. But dont know which headers to go with. I found some from Pacesetter for 219. And the ones from thorley for like 289. Can i get some advice? Other brands i might be over looking. Thanks

the only one that works with my truck(2001 frontier) was the pacesetter but i love it...great sound...get the coated one though...the black one is painted with low temp paint only to used for shipping and will burn off the first time you get it good and hot.

I would go with the Thorley, they have a better product than Pacesetter. Pacestters are known to crack and will not last long unless you like welding them up eveytime they crack.

^ speaks the truth, although ive never had a crack in a pacesetter(i havnt used many) they do lack the build structure and design... Thorley is def worth the extra, because in the end, if you plan to bag and drag, it will cost you more than 80$ to modify it to fit above your frame.

Will the Thorley sit above the frame? My 83 720 will be bagged and bodied.

Doug Thorley is old school higher end than Pacesetter. If you want the most perf gain, you will need to pay the cost, Pacesetter is good, but not the est in this case.
where can i find a header for a z24i in a 87?
