Sure it's your booster?

It's pretty straight forward with disconnecting it, like 4 bolts on the firewall, the pedal connection, and the line connections. Use a line wrench, not a regular wrench. Should be 10mm? I'm not positive.

Then for the new one you'll have to bleed it, there's a million bleeding how-to's on the web... Google it.

when do you plan on doing it maybe I can come by and help. Its not bad, as long as you bench bleed the master cylinder and then bleed the brakes normally. Also make sure the check valve for the vacuum to booster is still good.

umm i did a booster on the 240 without disconecting brake lines from the master just kinda moved it out of the way very carefully. yeah four bolts and the clevis pin which is a hairpin style clip. not bad just very awkward under there. have fun.

/\ what he said, you prolly won't need to take lines apart, but if you already have them off no worries

ummmmmmm. what did u do to the brakes start from.
1.) did the truck sit for a while?
2.) did u change pads rotor calipers?
3.) are u loosing fluid?
4.) does the engine wanna stall when u hit the brakes with it idleing?
5.) did u remove or adjust the rear proporting valve?
6) are ur wheel cylinders in back leaking?
those are a few to start with then we'll keep going...

Vacuum leak perhaps?
