header wrap is the same thing just thiner exhust wrap comes 2-2.5 inches wide and you can get some with a spray that colors it and it also helps keep the heat down so im told not to sure about the paint keeping heat down. i posted the exhust pics on my thred if you want to see them not wraped yet but soon

your under side looks like mine dose... is that a 1 off header too? i had one made cuz the pacesetter hung way down. i had a post on here and SSM seeing if any one wanted to buy a 1 off header wile the dude was at it. we trimmed the tranny and old tors bar X members like yours and made a new carrier berring Xmemb.... none of mine hangs below the frame! i dont have a full pipe pic's... just one or 2 of the under side of the header.http://i594.photobucket.com/albums/tt25/disturbedpup/nissan%20720/0520091149a.jpghttp://i594.photobucket.com/albums/tt25/disturbedpup/nissan%20720/0520091151.jpghttp://i594.photobucket.com/albums/tt25/disturbedpup/nissan%20720/0520091149b.jpg

sorry man... didnt see where u said u got some pic's from me... i was thinkin wow that looks like mine. yes.... they hang way down. you can take the bottem off the stock exh manafold (keeping the upper )and have some shop make the rest where it dosent hang that far down. ohh and u might have to buy a collector(and they come in pairs because of V8's.thats why i was gonna make 2 and sell one.)other than that... u got cut cut cut all 3 X members. even my nissan hardbody hung down like that. best of luck... and she will lay all day and the pipe will never drag again.

lol thats funny!! I have a doug thorley long tube header so im going to try and just move the flange up on the pipe but i replaced my xmember thats in the middle of the truck.. So it just looks like you cut a notch in the torsion xmember i still have my torsions in, I wanted to get the exhaust done before i bag the front.. But looks like im going to have to do the front first.. Thanks for the pics fells's

we did re-work the tranny Xmem and cut out the T-bar Xmem..... and the muff guys cut the top of the T-bar Xmem if u look close... kinda made a hole just enough for my 2 1/4 pipe! but it dose get tight over the trans cross member. me floor or bed gets hot... well it dose stop befor the rear end.

sorry man...been busy, will try to get them tomorrow....
Hey man, sorry the truck is kind of pulled apart right now...tapping my T's to put my air gauges in and changing out the drain cock on my tank since it's leaking....I should have everything back together by this weekend, so I'll get them for you and post them up hopefully by this weekend.
