Got one of these intakes from a guy who owns four 240sx's. Are the injectors the same cc rating and lag time between the 90 240sx and 97 hb?. I think after some searching I found that the 96-97 hb have 167cc or 163cc injectors. Is that right?

What is really the benefit of putting this onto my truck besides opening up the turbo option? Hows gas mileage? Torque? Power? I also read that the 97 hb ecu is not daughterboardable.

I dunno if nistune covers the 97 nissan truck ecu. I got one of their boards in my sr20det 240sx now that I adore. That would be the answer in itself right there. I really dont feel like messing with a safc again.

Any insight would be great.

I have heard that the 88-89 240 intake with the plenum on top has a better throttle response than the stock truck intake setup.

that small of a differnce in cc wouldnt make a difference. could also wire a stanza ecu connector onto ur harrnes and run a stanza ecu and be able to consult with a laptop. tuning on the fly.

Isn't your 97 OBDII? I would just run 240sx ECU if you swap the intake (which is OBDI)... Nistune offers a board for the 240sx ECU.

there you are nis720. you're the subject matter expert here. sweet build you got going on there. I'm thinking the same thing just not as presentable as you are making yours. I want function first, later clean it up.

The 94 is ez look in previous threads.

I'm in the same boat with my 97. Does the stanza ecu mod retain emissions compliance?
