we're making the 20+ hour drive down from canada, hopefully with the dually in tow.
Got 2 rooms booked at the admirality already (they have rooms with 4 twin beds each to avoid man cuddling, how sweet is that?)
Hopefully have a little more work done by then but we'll see:

Shooting for Kansas City on Thursday night, roll into millington Friday late afternoon, and hit up Beale St Friday night. Can't wait!

^^ same. We're rolling in thursday night though so we have time to tour around memphis a bit on friday during the day. Leave wednesday morning on our 20+ hour drive. Already have the dually on the trailer.

Man I loved that dually from mindless metalfab. all the link bars and arms look very industrial with the lightning holes... really digged it....

Thanks man. We heard nothing but good things all weekend, and it was awesome to take home the best fabrication award. Made it worth lugging that thing 24 hours worth it.

As for the towing, no it would probably tow like shit. The guy I'm building it for has a tow pig already (black diesel ram that was parked close by). The dually is gonna be his toy. The suspension does work well though, but definitely not designed with any hauling in mind. And yeah max is a genious. It was awesome to be able to bounce some ideas for shocks around with him.

hell it was just cool being able to sit and listen and try to learn... thats the cool thing about our community is everyone seems to want to learn and teach others what they have learned... i was always into building shoebox fords before and becuase im a young albiet 28 kid i couldnt hardly talk to the old guys.... thats really what drove me to the minitrucking lifestyle.....
