'85 720 cluster

Does anybody know what's gotta be done(if any thing) to put an '85 720 instrument cluster into my '82?? The one I want to do is like this

you would have to change the whole dashboard and if i'm not mistaken you may have to change the wiring harnesses.

I have one without the tach and clock,,I swapped this one into my daily 720.
