For the turbo you're probably going to have to pretend something broke. And don't call it a turbo, just get your hands all greasy and swear a lot and tell her your forced induction isn't up to spec and you have it rigged up to limp around, but you need to get it running right before you get stranded and kidnapped by coyotes.

Here's a link to do them your self, its off a taco forum but the principals the same. http://www.xr-underground.com/forum/showthread.php?t=70. Its not the exact same but im sure you could figure some thing out. If you do make a write up so i can convince my buddy to do it!
