job promotion

some of you people know that i have pick up a 2nd job lately, and havent been active...well thats all about to change

my new night job has offered me the main prep job. went in there for a dishwasher position, and they soon found out what im capable of doing...in 2 weeks time i went from a dishwasher(that lasted about 1 hour)to night prep/go-to guy to daytime prep...this position pays about 12 bucks an hour to sit there, and chop up sit, and organize the stuff to make it easier on the cooks...

this prep cook title isnt your normal ordinary position, but its more like a prep chef title...i already have a few of my plate's on the menu. and i will further assist the chef on specials, and tweeking things...

son all in all i will be making about 50-75 dollars less than having 2 jobs, but more time to myself...than again i can make that difference up, byu working about 4 hours extra of overtime that im not gonna be getting

prepin is my forte', i like working day shifts, so when they said 12 an hour, off on evenings, and heres money that you already make for working less hours, was an easy decision
