DOES ANYONE HAVE PICTURES of a regular hardbody with 22's?

Do they fit just fine.

They'll be kind of big, and wide. With a 35 series tire you're still looking at 29-30 inches total diameter, which is larger than the stock tire. They won't tuck, and you might have to actually lift the front an inch or so. Also, with such a big tire that won't tuck, you'll want to make sure you have bumpstops (larger than stock) to limit your suspension travel before they hit your fenders in case you hit a pothole or speedbump too fast. That shit would be wiggity wiggity wack.

I roll 22's on the fullsize and was planning on running 20's on the 720, but after some thought I've decided that 18's will be just fine. The hardbody that I put up is a nice truck, the shop did that to prove a point for the most part. I remember seeing that truck the first time and being in shock. Damn thing has my wheels and is layin hard, lol!

i love that truck...by far top of the list for me really clean and just sick as hell....wernt they planin on doin it on 20's and some said it couldnt be done on 22's so they did just to prove them wrong or something like that??

I agree! Wheels need to be properly proportioned to the vehicle, just as everything else. 24's on a hardbody or any mini for that matter would just look silly. Might as well BD it to the body line while your at it. :g'ville:

that "doin it big" HB is my all time favourite hardbody, its actually the one that got me turn on to the HB to begin with...before i saw that, i wanted to do a yota or an s-10...but that was going to be my answer the the initial thread question, i've also seen a BD'd HB with 22" 3 star rims, being 3 stars, it look really stupid

the nissan on 24's on mautofied looked RETARDED. i don't think physically you can do bigger than 22's on an HB, without seriously reworking the fenders, which kills the lines.

my fronty is on 20's and i think that they arent to big...i like the way they fill up the whole fender well without having to use alot of rubber on the rims to fill the gap instead....sorry just my 2 cents

to me anything bigger than the oem tire/rim combo is just plain out silly...i know im old school, 18's are nice, but recently im think of going with 235/40r20, which come out to be the exact size diameter of the one 225/70r15

i agree with you there man, i dont like having huge tires, the rims should be the big part, plus lower pro tires dont flex as much and therefore handle better
