are you planning on doing bags? cause ground effect kits are useless
if you plan to just be static, than go for it...kinda brings back the old 80's-90's style minitruck look

the reason you might not have found any you like, is probably not that many companies do g/e anymore...they are kinda out dated...the only other option i could think of is to sketch one out, and have a metal fabricator make you a custom one...
i knew a guy that made his own using sheet metal, and a bender that he used for roofing, looked pretty cool, and it was on a honduh

and a courier with 3inch sills added on to give it a BD look

i guess what ima tryna point out is you will probably have to do something with sheet metal and your imagination.

pretty much all the kits were designed in the 80s and 90s, so they all look, um, bad. I'm going to make my own because I've got an idea I like.

I'm not going to bash ground/fx as we use to call it...hell I even had 'em like 15 years ago. Then when fiberglass lost it's luster because one day MT declared it uncool and had the out with glass issue. All of the sudden they started to die out of our scene....Well hell if your a company in the business of making these kits and all of the sudden the bottom falls out of your market with your biggest customer base. One of two things happen, you go belly up or adapt. The ones that had the power to sustain themselves until the fast and furious rice fade plague hit survived. On that still has kits for the D-21 is the Xenon kit. Though if it's no longer cool to have ground/fx and skirts are for pussy's the companies of course have to give the product a new name and image...I know let's call them body kits ....okay may not be 100% accurate, but it made for a good story.
I use to like it back them, really though it makes the truck look out of proportion and defeats the goal of the door coming closer to the ground.

well, ground effects are just as it sounds - front spoiler and side skirts to keep the air from going under the vehicle. body kits usually involve new bumper skins, side skirts, and fenders/flares for wider wheels/tires with the point of changing the look of the vehicle. rear spoilers/wings optional for both.

yeah... the body kit name came about with the fast and the furious crowd, since... on a car, you're usually changing shit out i guess.
they can still look good, but, be ready to hear a bunch of jackasses hate on you and talk shit. i'm w/james, i'd go with the xenon kit. fiberglass cracks, especially when it's been sitting in a warehouse for 20 years. it's really not any different than all these domestic guys with their street scene bumper covers. same principle. "the fiberglass body drop" and "skirts are for girls" yada yada yada, whatever. personally... i'm waiting for somebody to bust out with a throwback old-skool mini. i'm talkin splat graphics, hot tub in the bed, ground effects, neons, all that. and no tweed! vinyl damnit. vinyl and zolotone. no billet either... anyway.

I think you can still find it for sale in MiniTruckin' in the Godfather's ad.

the first body kits i've seen came out for vw & porsches in the 70s, then fieros in the 80s. a buddy had some kit on his 70s monza for fat tires. body kits are as old as car sheetmetal but became more popular with the creation of fiberglass in the 50s. ground effects was a 70s thing taken from road racing to help street cars do better on the track.
