Template Styles!!! aka Forum Color Schemes

This is what I've been working on for a little while. Some people may find the bright white and blue rather normal, bright, or etc.

So I will be adding a few user selectable styles to the forums. And the first one is ready to go

some of you may have found it already. you can find the template selector in the bottom left corner of the forum.

also of note, these may affect your ability to read a post if the user in question is using a "Font Color" specified when they post. So people typing in white wont be seen by those posting in the classic vb template. And People posting in grey wont be visible in the Infamous Dark template. And people posting in random colors may or may not be easily read. So if in doubt, use the normal font color. ;)

I bring you, Infamous Dark. a monotone expression of charcoal. easy on the eyes for those who post in the dark.

I am making these myself, so chances are there will be bugs, or colors that seem out of place. if you happen to find one of these places, let me know, and do a Ctrl+print screen of it so i can see it.

not a problem. template styles are pretty easy. its like a myspace editor thing, except instead of 100 options to fill out, there's 1000, plus i have to remake all the buttons (approx 100).:suicide:

Yeah, I like the options, Infamous Light is much better, some of the text gets lost or damn near hard to read while using infamous dark.

should be no surprise since green is a favorite of mine. call it a medium template. its not bright, and its not too dark. enjoy!

I have also added each style in a 1200px limited version for those using large widescreen monitors. this will narrow the forum so you dont have to move your head left to right to read a sentence.

For those of you browsing via phone, I have added "Infamous Mobile" to the style list. It is a text based version stripped down to display easily on mobile browsers. its a no frills deal that might also help those with a slow connection as well. And I mean dirt slow.

If the site works fine on your phone as is, then there's no real reason to switch. But if your phone has difficulty displaying the tables, then this style will help. This style is still in testing, so if you get any errors or have any difficulty please let me know.

If the drop down style menu does not work on your phone, I have added links to the footer that say "Default" and "Mobile" that allow you to click between those styles.

im just throwing this out there but i think it would be a neat thing to do is instead of the top banner just saying infamous nissan.com what if once a month you put up a picture of a members ride from a show or a photo shoot. and we all have a vote for the best one.
