I have a question....
I run 1/2" blitz valves... When I air up the rear the dump valves let out a short burst of air... the front ones dont do it only the rear... I have the valves mounted directly to the tank...
Has anyone every had this happen or know how to make it stop...
Thanks in advance for the help!!

I've had this issue with tank mounted valves. I have found that it sometimes has to do with backpressure on the valve. Since it is so close there is a lot of pressure coming at it fast, and it can sometimes open the other valve. I have fixed this by putting a plug in the end of the valve with a smaller hole in it.

the diaphrams in the valves rely on positive pressure to fully seal, when you have 0 psi in the rear bags the dump valves have no pressure keeping them closed. When you open up the fill valves there is a split second where the dumps are not fully seated/sealed (due to the lack of pressure) this allows a bit of air to escape until the diaphram fully seats.

Well mine does it any time I air up... even when there is air in the rear bags... I just wanted to make sure that there wasnt a problem... I knew that they relied on the pressure to keep them sealed but did know if that was normal... I kinda wanted to run some 3/8 line out of the dumps down under the bed... Maybe that will solve the problem...
Thanks for the help fellas!!!

Its just a regular 10 switch box... it does it no matter what switch i hit... I did notice tonite while I was messin with it that if the air pressure in the tanks is low they dont do it... I think TM is prolly right...
