ok so i got another nissan hb bagged and i wanna do a bodydrop..i got a guy that is a professional welder has been doin it for years and he's damn good and he said he'd help me with it but becuz he's never done 1 and i haven't either then he said i need to find out what needs to be done before we start...basically i wanna push the frame up into the cab(channel) so i guess that's be traditonal right? i dunno..so anywase what is gonna be my main point of concerns a.k.a tha hard parts ?? how to we get the core support down??? do i keep my fuel lines and all that running along the frame?? am i gonna have to lower the motor or trans ??? i'm gonna be runnin 20x8.5 up front and 20x10 in tha back but i don't have the wheels yet do i need to wait till i get them ? does the offset matter cuz the front only comes in a +10mm offset or a +35 mm offset and the back comes only in a -24mm offset and any other tips would help me out BIG TIME...as soon as we can figure out what needs to be done were gonna start on it so if you have any info at all let me know
TRADITIONAL BD IS WHEN U CUT OUT TEH WHOLE FLOOR BASICALLY AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE INSIDE OF THE CAB. RAISE IT UP 2.75" AND WELD IN ALL THE FILLER PLATES.
USE THIS THREAR FOR HOW TO.

OR SEARCH ON MINITRUCINWEB.COM FOR SETH'S HOW TO BD A MAZDA. THAT WAS A PRETTY INFORMATIVE .
BUT U SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET A GOOD IDEA FROM LOOKING AT SCOTTS THREAD OR SOME OF THE OTHER THREADS IN THE HOUSE OF HACK SECTION HERE ON in

None of those wheels will tuck. You'll need at least +40mm to tuck an 8.5mm wheel and around +60mm to tuck a 10" wide wheel unless you graft in 4x4 fenders and flare the shit out of the bed until it doesn't look right anymore.

if you go with a shortened rear end you can make the wheels fit in the back.
Narrowed will fit it in the rear. And enough camber should clear in the front with 4x4 fenders

+40 is the standard to tuck a 20x8.5, but 5mm is about | | <- that much.
Out back if you have a rearend that's about 4" narrower than stock you can tuck a 20x10 +10.
