I have not used them but I stay far away from any thing that say's chassis tech. They look like a copy of the Airlift Dominator's which I have heard lot's of good thing's about. I will stick with slam's IMO.

X2 on that
dont knock them till you try it....
they come from the same factory as airlift.... across seas.....
personally , Joe is gonna send me the first batch to try on my nissan... it wont be till november, due to the shipment delays and etc... ill give a report if someone dont beat me to it.. lol...
no everything from aims are bad.... you will be suprised of how many AIMS/chassic tech products that your favorite online store or shop carries, but they dont tell you the products came from aims... you just pay alot more...
for side note....
i have has Chasis tech drop spindles on my nissan for over 10 years!! no problems!!!
im not defending aims... just stating, dont bash something till you try it or have first hand on any products...

I totally agree and I said I hadn't tried them but other things I have received from them I wasn't so happy with and I have heard alot of horror story's. I'm just say'in.

yeah I have ONE of those horror stories to tell......but in all honesty I guess their new line of bags may end up being pretty good, however their customer service Is reason enough for me to never deal with them again.
i dont know if you guys have been on SSM , but Joe is on there answer questions and try'n to make things right...
ive had problems with there customer service and shipping in the past... come to find out , he fired 2 of them , one been with the company 10 years... and he came down on the shipping....
i dunno the real reason Joe is steping up , if its better the company, or just try'n to get more sales only.... but i feel he's try'n to better the company...
so if i were you guys , i would Email Joe or respond on ssm in his thread... he's been giving people money back , that had problems from 3-4 years ago , as long as they had proof of purchase.... or something....
so take advantage of the situation.... tell him your problems.. you might be suprise what the out come might be... money in your pocket or whatever....
tell you the truth, ive had problems with alot of other companys thats well known.... on there products and shipping and etc....
just thought i would throw that out there...
joes email....
joe@chassistech.com
also , people has told him about the negtive adds.. and he said he's changing his adds in the magizens.... he said it will take a few months to flow threw since the mags are printed 2 months in advance... so watch and see what happens...

i dont think i would buy them.. maybe if ice gets to try them 1st.. its a hell of a deal, but the 2 times i have ordered their parts have been a nightmare. 1st i got a chrome 8 port tank, it was a piece of total junk.. second time i needed drop blocks ordered the chassis tech blocks off of gaugemagazine. figuring " how bad could they be?" well, they were worse than imagined. they looked like some underpaid chinese kid made them with a sawzall. they were not even, and very roughly finished.. sent them back and stepped up to the belltechs and i told myself i would never buy another one of their products again ever.

i had a problem also, i ordered a black switch box, instead i got a red box, i kept it cuz i hate to have to deal with companys when returning and item. i would like to give them a second chance, but i don't have money and time to waist on them if they screw up again. i guess you get what you pay for.

Alot of people bash aim on other fourms, and most people that do have never bought anything from them. Aim is one of the few if not the only company that still make drop spindles for import minis, that reason alone keeps me buying from him.(the only thing i buy from him)
I bought a DC5000 compressor about 5 years ago, and that was the most bad ass compressor I have ever had. I broke a fitting on my tank on the way back from a show and the compressor never turned off, it ran for 2 hours and got me home. The damn thing is still being used today on some other truck.
I know aim will sell some crap but it seems to me joe is trying to change that, so i guess we will find out if its true or not..

My experience with them hasn't been the best two bags I ordered leak at the crimp at the top one of them the stud was put in at about a 60 degree angle, and my shave door kit was ridiculous installed it and a day later one silinoid burnt up and three days later the other one did called em got new ones and to this day the passenger one u can only use once and u have to let it cool down for about 30 mins otherwise it sticks openAnd I checked and doublechecked my electrical and wasn't wired wrong
