bumper... to paint or not to paint

im finally goin to get my truck painted. its goin to be dark purple metallic. almost black but purple where the light hits. i have blacked out taillights, goin to get black rims with machined lip...eventually along with a phantom grille. but i dunno wat to do with the bumper.

i like chrome to break it up, so it doesn't look like a blob of dark purple.

I'd say spay it GUN METAL or GRAPHITE. Its not shiny an its not black but its still a dark color that will look goo with your paint scheme. Thats my opinion. HAHAHAHA.

color match the bumper, and color match the lip on the wheels too. the machined lip look is getting a little dated.

well i odered the 4x4 fenders and the bumper and brackets today. shes gettin colour matched. the paint i picked is nissan cabernet pearl, midnight purple, deep purple... looks black when theres no light on it but is purple when the light hits it. it came on r33 skylines
