Shakes at 43 mph, and DS wiper ?

So yea, my 01 automatic ex. cab gets a bad bad shake at exactly 43 mph then smoothes out at about 47 and starts again with the shaking at about 75. It shakes real bad in the steering wheel and I dont know wtf..Ive never had it aligned so I figure that would be a good place to start but I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

Also, my driver side windshield wiper quit working, i think it fell off the spline or something, it moves a little, like it wants to move normally but it just kinda sits there. It moves one time when I push it then it stops again, wtf, it doesnt feel loose..

start w/alignment and rebalancing your wheels...

ditto on that. my first guess...you might have lost a weight while driving.

Yea I figured an alignment would help heaps.

And yea the pass. wiper works like normal, and when i look at the driver, it doesnt look like it popped off the spline. idk wtf happened and I gotta pull the dam cowl off to get at the internals
