Well ladies and gents... The torch has been passed on. I have recently aquired Mr. Ice's truck. I am picking up where the master fabricator has left off.

i was hestiant on letting the truck go, due to most of the shit was done over 10 years (around 1996) ago , when me and my buddy just first started welding on frames... so theres some not soo pretty welds and shit i dont do now more... but Eddie is gonna fix all of it and set the truck straight... i did re-bag the front for him though and took off the old firestone airbages from 1996 and put slams under it....
im waiting with excitement to see him finish it or at least one color!!! haha

i have to say i miss this truck...but at the same time I'm having fun with OUR new toy...lol I'm really glad that it's finally seeing some attention after so long. Ice just didn't have the time to mess with it anymore since he seems to always be busy on customer's rides...I'm really glad your enjoying it and i look forward to seeing many more progress pictures to come... good luck and have fun with it.

well Innissance II is for sale or trade. I plan on shooting the truck one color. For a clean look. Metalic Sunburnt Orange. Feels good to have the truck. Just have some updating to do to it and some things I wish to do before paint.:thumb:

well I am now installin a new keykess entry for the door poppers. I am taking out the Alpine security system. Maybe next friday I will pick up a tilt column for it also. Also started the sytem install. got hte seperates in the doors. Tomorrow I will start the sub boxes, center console, and back pannels.

there are 2 self shear bolts that you have drill out. then just go to the dealer and get 2 more.

Thanks everyone. I hope to have her ready for paint soon. Jimmy those subs or coming out. My Pioneer subs sounded better. I might be seeling the head unit. am/fm/cd/ ipod/ dvd/ flip up monitor. I am prob. goi ng witha Pioneer head unit. I like the sound and Ipod controls, plus more EQ contol. ANy body interested.

I can get the parts here for about 50 bucks. then have my spindles machined at the shop that did my last set. but thanks for the info. the big hold up is that i have to reconfigure the whole rear suspension for the new axle. Thats why it will be going back to Ice next winter for the rear suspension update.

I'll have pics up tomorrow night after I get my new computer set up. 30 miles on the rebuilt engine. runs like a top. solid body, interior is in pretty good shape. New chrome bumpers and grill. I miss the Nissan and was sad to see her go, but I have wanted to get back inot the jalopy world and I have wanted a sled for a long time. The nissan will be at the big show in Georgia this week end. Its a Freaks of Nature truck now.
