installation may vary by different size bulbs
this is the longer but safer way do to it
1. REMOVE YOUR GRILLE corner lights too if needed

2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT HOUSING

3. REMOVE THE STOCK HALOGENS AND REPLACE THEM WITH THE BULB IN THE KIT

3b. 9004 has this ring to hold in the bulb, make sure you have this on hand

4. MOUNT, RUN and PLUG IN YOUR WIRES it is nearly impossible to screw this part up, and i forgot pix of it.
DRIVERS SIDE

install your headlights and give then test them out before you put everything else back.

end result... these are 6000k and its still bright during the day. still didnt get that night shot.

nice, maybe once im not broke i'll be able to do this haha so the wiring from the ballast wires into the factory headlight wiring???

^^ yeah... i went the lazy way on mine and didn't remove the headlight housings, but i had to move my airbox out of the way, and the fit behind the battery was fun.

should be the first...some of you, second thing you should do when you get your truck
first thing would be to buy the H4 housings if you need it

^^ he speaketh the truth. Don't see it as a styling mod (although they are cool) but as a safety mod! You will be able to see way more and peeps will be able to see you better.

whats the url?
imma see it to belive it.
hold on, the 4300k, 4500k and 5000k is the stock color looking color
but its brighter than the 6000k, not as bright as the 3000k

4200k or 4300k is the brightest because it has the purest whitest light. everything under turns more yellow and is dimmer while everything above starts turning blue to purple and gets darker. i have 8000k hids and they are very bright and have a bluish tint to them, not to much blue that its just blue lights because that takes away from the useable light output, and not too white that everyone gets pissed and flashes me.

just noticed but that is a HUGE ballast.
