64 L 320 build-resto

Ok last Sept. with the help of Guy gray together we bought a 64 L 320 off a friend of mine. I had passed on buying it back in 05 due to the fact my yard was full http://forum.ratsun.net/images/smilies/cool.gif & just did'nt want it to just sit so i told my friend about it & he picked it up. We detailed it..got it running & cruised it around a few times & then it was parked & had been sitting for a long time. About 1 week ago he offered it to us for a price we could'nt pass up & we decided to buy it. Heres some info on it.........
Good: runs, no big dents or dings, original interior-rims-stereo, has original manual & delivery slip.
Bad/rough: fenders have rust, needs correct front bumper & bumperettes, needs clutch slave, headliner is damaged.
Honestly we probably wont start working on it till next year & that gives us time to decide what direction to take on it. Id kinda like to do a mild resto & call it good http://forum.ratsun.net/images/smilies/biggrin.gif Heres a few pics...

nice find mark, I'd say do a mild resto on it with a nice wheel tire combo drop it just a tad all around to levle her off, and stick with the same paint scheme. just my $.02. btw hows the wagon?

TY guys. We paid a whopping $300 for it originally. Correct ...the spare tire mount is the V looking part. In the end it will all be stock except for the paint job & the lowered stance.

Been awhile but my buddy has been working on the rust areas every weekend & alot of progress has been made. Also the cab & motor have been pulled from the frame & the front of the frame is now primered. Ill get some pix up in a bit.

The 320 was not sold,,quite the opposite. We worked on it a few weeks ago. Got the entire frame painted semi gloss black & the PS rocker ready for filler. Next step is to sandblast the bottom of the cab & attack the last few remaining rust spots...
