what are you trying to do, level it out, or just trying to figure out what drop you have?

most people here dont call their drop like most other brands do. you can buy kits for a chevy that are 2/4, 4/6, and 5/7. on a nissan you pretty much list your parts
front:
drop spindles are 2"
DJM Lower control arms are 3"
torsion drop= whatever amount you want
rear:
drop block: 2, 3, or 4"
redrilled hanger: 1" to 1-1/2"
removed leaf: varies depending on which leaf is removed and how worn out the spring pack is.
beltech dearched springs are 2" if i recall.

^^^ lol i know all that. ok my front is torsioned all the way, back is 3 in. blocks, pulled middle leaf and redrilled hangers. im guessing like a 5/6 drop. but i want to know the exact. i said 5/7 in my intro but not to sure more likely 5/6.

dont forget if you have a smaller diameter tire/rim combo, will make it lower

If you are measuring the hub to fender edge, it doesn't matter ~what~ size wheels and tires you are running.

Ok, mine is 13-3/4" from hub center to fender edge.
Rear is 3" blocks and six sandbags in the back - approximately 4" drop all together. The front is the same height, just torsioned down.
AllData suggests the front height should be 1" lower than the rear height.

incase you missed some important info in his post....
The front is the same height, just torsioned down.
So...
Ok.
13-3/4" + 4"
17-3/4"
Merry Christmas.
if thats his rear and The front is the same height then the front is most likely going to be 17-3/4"
merrry christmas to you and skinny g :)

skinny g, does adding the 6 sandbags make a noticable difference in traction in the rear? we just got like 15cm at once out here and i was thinking about using 3

Not wanting to get this off topic..... Yes, it is noticeable. I used 5 last year. I have a 2x4 behind the wheel wells to keep the bags at the absolute back. I've been FWD since '89 - I'm not used to the wretched winter qualities of a 2wd pickup. I run meaty winters all around. You have to drive soooo s-m-o-o-t-h in winter.
Back on topic - if the stock rear is about 17-3/4, the front should be 16-3/4 in keeping with AllData's specs (front 1" lower than rear - they measure from the ground). My entire truck sat 1" lower than AllData's specs when I bought it, and it was not lowered - probably spring sag I guess.
