motor and tranny help!........

i replaced a motor in a 11 versa. and now at the point of putting the motor with the tranny.....i replaced the pilot bushing and its flush on....when i start to bolt the motor to the tranny slowly....the fly wheel and torque converter will not spin freely. ive attempted to align it all multiple times and the out come is the same:mad:....all the other techs have left for the day and i havent gone through my training yet and dont know what else to do. i have tell 730 to go home and this has to be done

the motor and trans should slide together without the aid of the bell housing bolts pulling them together - Sounds like you mushroomed (crushed) the pilot bushing on installation deforming the inner diameter. I did this my first go around reassembling my KA...replace the bushing and use a brass drift to drive it in.
