someone from the other site built a sub box for a jbl shallow mount that fits into the space where the jumpseat would be. i am very interested in this design and i can't remember his screen name on the old site...if you are on here, or if anyone knows who i'm talking about, could you please let me know

I made one a long time ago like 8 years ago. I used a cheapy Coustic 10" sub.

I did 2 8"s ported that fit in that area but comes out on the floor a little My sub amp above the box and slightly behind the box so it'd be a little hidden. I formed the box to the plastic, but intentionally built the front square and boring so those who see it would over look it as being "high end". It is small and pounds real well for 2 8"s.
I try to get a pic up.

probably the same way mine does, using the plastic bucket that the jumpseat flipped up into, that way you can use the factory clips

If I remember correctly I did build it into the OEM bucket and then covered it making it look as stock as possible. But its been a while.
Not sure on the depth either, but it wasnt much. The sub barely fit and wasnt really enough air space for great sound. But it worked until I could upgrade.
