If I had known then, that he was going to be the one making them, I would have passed on the pre-order.
At least he's trying to do the right thing I guess...nothin like doing it right the second time.

I print 1000's of tshirts a week. This is the first time we've had any issue like this. We did switch ink brands durring that time, so i supose that could have been it, who knows. I know that it wasn't done on purpose and will be fixed.
Pugz will be posting some info on how to get your shirt replaced. At no cost. Some of you may not like me, that really has nothing to do with this. I will put our shirt quality up with anyones, im human and if something went wrong on some of these shirts we have no problem replacing them.
For the record zero people contacting me on this issue, I had to stumble on it myself. I assure you we will fix it.
ok ive been talking to brandt today... and YES he will fix all issues.
email him directly at brandt@graphicdisorder.com with pics and he will gladly fix the issues.
he doesnt want people slandering his company or personal name. he did the deal with ben as a business and will fix all issues to keep him name good.
i didnt want/need to be the person to have to fix this issue for ben. but looks like i have to.
so please email all pics directly to brandt for it to be fixed.
ohh and lets keep the personal shit talking about brandt as a person to a minimum.. hes here to make things right.
ohh btw... to keep down on him gettin people abusing the shirts. there will be a 2 week cap on emails. so with in the next 2 weeks any issues u find with your shirts please email him for a replacement.

i appreciate Brandt stepping up but in all honesty I don't really see his inbox getting flooded. Can I get a different shirt instead? lol..

I was wondering if it would be dickheaded to ask him to put the new site name on the new shirts.
I think I took some of my shit out on Brandt, so that's my bad.
I ordered the shirts from the other place, all the shit went down, and I still have not gotten them...and then I see all the pics about the ink coming off in the wash and shirts with holes...just kind of pissed me off.
Sorry man.

Yes, Brandt stepping up is a good thing, since Ben is still MIA. Anyone wanting to get those shirts replaced, his contact info is listed above.
As far as getting a different shirt, that's up to him. Maybe he has some instock shirts with different designs you could get.
The IN logo is not ready for print at this time.

Brandt -
I understand that everyone's human and things happen and I appreciate your offer to fix things. I've got a worn out 10 year old looking shirt for a burnt out dead site and that seems nicely ironic. I'll keep mine how it is and hold nothing against you.
The hat's top notch though.

Different shirt is touchy, I mean then Ben could claim I didn't fix the issues. Not that he would but he could. Who knows. Let me think on that one a little bit. In the mean time those with issues shoot me an email.

Thats not really an option, Screen printing isn't done by a computer, its not like you can just type in something and click print. Every image is a screen, so every single shirt would then have to have a screen done for it. So thats not really a affordable option.
There are other ways to do it, I dont want to turn this into advertising, im simply looking to fix any shirt issues that have been discovered.

They may have been printed with a bad batch of ink. usually on the first or second wash it starts to thin out and flake, letting the color behind it show through.

We are leaning more and more on that we had a bad batch of ink which honestly I never thought was even possible. But we have a new gallon coming and are going to do some testing on them both together to see.
Its hit and miss, ive talked to many with no issues, and so far 3 guys with issues.

of the 4 shirts i got, the blue, and 2 greys have cracking and peeling. the pink is holding up much better.
i wont be needing new shirts tho, just thought id share for your research purposes.

Here is a bit of info to help with the problems of screen printing ink fading or whatever. Make sure you turn the shirts inside out and wash them in cold water wash. Also try to hang dry them, or put in dryer for a short time then hang.
