[/URL]Monroe air shocks (http://www.partsamerica.com/productdetail.aspx?MfrCode=MON&MfrPartNumber=MA812&PartType=50&PTSet=A)

the guy at the local auto parts store said its for the 4x4 and said i would have to do some mods.
the shocks i have now are pro comp es3000 and the measurements center eye to center eye is13 1/2" collapsed, 21 1/4" extended
the guy said that these shocks are about 13 1/2 collapsed but not all the way cuz the sleve could break
i got 3" blocks, pull leaf, and redrilled hangers.
i got almost 1 1/2" till my shocks bottom out and i got 1" from the frame...
of should i just get [U]THESE (http://honolulu.craigslist.org/oah/mcy/926533895.html)

those coilovers are sic, not sure if they would be able to handle to weight of a truck tho. try and track it down on a harly site, or google it for more info. try and find out their max weight load

I would hope you would never actually think to use Harley shocks on a truck...

my main question is, will the air shocks work out?
even though the guy said it was for the 4x4 and will need some mods for use, will i be able to use it without any mods?

The air shocks should work fine in rear with no mods needed.

they're going by a part number dude, i've learned that a lot of the parts house people don't know their ass from next tuesday. if the part number doesn't say NISSAN HARDBODY it won't fit. every once in a while you find the guy that actually has at one point in his life worked on a vehicle, but usually you either get the puerto rican guy with the hair gel, the grouchy old guy who has to work because he lost his pension, or the big mexican girl. at least thats how it is here in FL.

but yeah harley shocks = bad idea. get a pair of air shocks. hell buy one of the cheapie little tanks too.

If it fits the 4X4 nissan it should fit the 2X4.

Yes alot of parts people dont know enough to help anyone and dont need to be working in that position. Sad we have to do more research than them to get correct parts!

I believe NAPA also carries a set, maybe the same set. Or they might be Gabrille or something like that.

This site also says they fit a Nissan PU
