Man I cant tell you guys how happy I am to have finally picked up a set of these. The only thing that makes me happier is the fact that they are the charcoal/gunmetal color. I did a lil research and found they only made the charcoal/gunmetal in 2005. Here are a few picks with the wheels next to my truck after just getting them. Wanted to share because I havent seen a white 1st gen with the charcoal and was worried that it might not look right some how, but I at least think they look awesome! Next i need to get some tires. Cn you guys share with me the sizes you went with for your Titans? I have seen 245/45/18 as well as 225/35/18 etc. What is the widest that will fit without issues, and are there any recommendations for a size. Do NOT want anything close to a balloon look, so I guess they will have to be 225 at least?

Cant wait to see those mounted with tires. Im right now trying to decide for myself if I will powder my titan wheels or leave stock? also not sure what size tires to go with either. personally I dont want too low profile because I still want to use it as a truck.also possible rough ride?I have a old camaro with 35 19s on it and it ride like a tank.Ill definetly be watching this one. my truck is light silver so kinda the same. post picks asap when you decide.

Yeah I know what you mean about low profile tire....but I have 245/35/19's on my Altima SER and the ride is very sporty. Not harsh at all. Point in fact we just picked up the Titans today, BUT had to get new tires for the SER. 19" tires are damn expensive! lol, It will be at least a couple of weeks before I get tires for these because I still have to get them bored out. Need to talk with ScottGTR or someone to get the specs for what diameter/depth to get these bored. Will do this asap though. What color are your Titans now, and what color are you contemplating IF you get them PC'd?

Did you entertain a smaller profile like a 30 or 35 series? Any issues with clearance?I'm running 245/45-18 its has some meat to it and I'm trying to find the Titan pro-4x wheels

245/40 (or 45) /18
any taller and they look retarded/donkish.
with your truck 245/40/18 is perfect.

also, find out which local tire shops do most of the work for the mercedes/bmw/high end dealerships, because, most of those cars run this tire size, and the dealers will replace tires with less than 70% tread. Tire shops might sell em to you for like $40/tire. That's what i do.

I like the charcoal titans but i like the 6 spoke version better. Nice score man. I run 225/40/18s but im really low and planning on bagging so i need to tuck.

Yeah, I like the 6 spoke Titans also, BUT I like the 5 spoke charcoal better than the 6 spoke silver...lol besides there are pros and cons to each. The biggest pro for the 5 spoke over the 6 besides the charcoal color is the fact that there are larger openings which help to show off the rotor and brake calipers, both of which i plan on upgrading. I am going with drill and slotted front rotors and PC'd calipers...havent decided which color, but perhaps black chrome. I will also have the rearbrack shoe housings PC'd black chrome. So your running the 225 because if you went much wider it would rub or somethin? Can you share a pic, if you get time? I like the charcoal titans but i like the 6 spoke version better. Nice score man. I run 225/40/18s but im really low and planning on bagging so i need to tuck.

Anyone know where to get these bored near Daytona? What should I expect as far as cost for this per wheel?

Nice find dude. I went to buy a set that were advertised locally and they were a huge disappointment... they were originally silver, resprayed gunmetal. Scuffs and chips visible under the fresh finish, obvious overspray on the barrels, and one still had the valve stem installed with masking tape still intact. Wasted 3 hour trip :( Looks like you scored a nice set!

Thanks guys. Yeah I guess I lucked out. They are near perfect! I checked them for spray paint evidence etc....and they passed no question. Here is a close up of one of them. I tried to find the worst one of them but.... they each look like this. To your point SM85, I was really worried that for the price I got these that they would be chewed the hell up, but again, at this price, I would have just offered a lil less and immediately sent them off to be PC'd. I got them for $150 for the set of 4 :) :)

And after..... I had no idea that these were TSW wheels. :)

Holy !!! Crazy deal man, that's awesome. Dude wanted $300 for the painted ones I went to look at. Also looked at a silver set the other day for $200, but they were beat up. You caught a lucky break on those, congrats :thumb:

Yeah man I guess my wife was right after all. She told me if it was meant to be, lol, that the best set of wheels and price would present itself. Lol kinda strange but damn she was right. Charcoal, excellent condition, and a killer price. I couldnt find a decent set before this if it fell on me. I kept calling ads and such and no body seemed like they wanted to sell them. I kept getting "someone is coming this weekend to buy them" ...THIS while I had cash in hand! lol Crazy

Well sounds like the "women's intuition" called that one. Gotta give them due credit every once in a while, just don't let it go to her head! Enjoy the wheels man.. I think they'll look sweet on your truck.

Just a tip for when you bore them- as you create aluminum chips, dont allow them to get beneath the wheel you are working on as they will scratch the finish easily. found this out the hard way.

wow, sorry to hear this. I would be soooo pissed. I am having a machine shop do this for me, as soon as I can find one, and I hope they would already know this, but I def will express my concerns as well as inform them that I expect them to pay for the wheels to be PC'd should any damage arise while in their "custody" Thanks for the heads up. :)Just a tip for when you bore them- as you create aluminum chips, dont allow them to get beneath the wheel you are working on as they will scratch the finish easily. found this out the hard way.

Its cool that the 5 spokes are TSW wheels, I cleaned the 6 spoked ones i bought and they are Enkei! Im running the 225s because I asked here and the majority that are bagged were running that size. I will post some new pics when i get a chance. My rear drums are body color matched and they show quite well. Im glad you got yours for such a good deal. Mine were $250 and $150 to bore(there is only one shop here that will do them)

Where did you find drilled and slotted rotors for a 2wd truck? I can only find 4wd versions, I think they are the same but i cant find confirmation on that. I want to do a rear axle swap to get LSD and rear discs but it hasnt happened yet.

Ah brosef....lol, if there is ONE thing I learned modding my Altima SER, is that if you look hard enough and are creative enough, you can find anything....
Here ya go. A bit expensive, however, there are others, and there are also just slotted, or just drilled, and obviously performance blanks. I know the link states for the 3.3 but they are also for the 2.4. Same size disc :)

This is the kit I am going with, now I just need to order a new set of calipers to paint with the G2 paint kit I bought.....
