you running 8 valves? 4 fill 4 dump? if so, my guess is the diaphram on the front right dump valve is stuck closed. i've never taken apart a valve, so i couldn't tell you how to fix it. maybe it tells you how to do it with the manufacturer's instrustions. but thats what i would do if it was mine. take the valve apart and clean everything

yeah, sounds like a valve stuck or failed. remove the valve, clean and lube it, then reinstall and test. replace if defective.
also, you said you checked the connection to the valve. did you test and make sure you are getting 12v to the valve? is the valve clicking? just trying to rule out an electrical issue from either the switchbox, wiring, or valve.

What kinda valves? For the most part if they are GC, E-valves, asco, dans, SMC, or parker they are all very similar if you need to take them apart jus part close close attention to how u pulled em apart and jus reverse e valves have a very common problem freezing, in cold weather especially if you r not runnin water traps, like scot said check electrical to the valve get jump wires off a 12v source(bat) and tap the valve to see if it clicks like it should if it doesn't then there could be a broken terminal inside the plastic covering(another prob with Evalves) if it does click then ur problem is from the valve wiring to switchbox, good luck buddy

B4 I took it apart I'd put a valve you know is workin in its place that will show you if its the valve or maybe electrical like stated above.. Just my 2 cents. Rule it all out b4 rippin the valve apart

id recommend air tool oil.
wd40 works, but it tends to junk up after a little while when used as lubrication.

i would recomend a silicone spray on lube, it won't wash off with moisture, not greasy, not thick. check autozone or something, not sure the stores you guys have in the states. i use it on my bmx bike to lube the rear chain driver. i know that doesn't seem to compare, but my bike is a fully custom built $2500 pro bike, i won't use anything that would screw up my bearings, not when i'm 250lbs jumping down huge sets of stairs and doing 20ft+ dirt jumps. wouldn't want a bearing to blow out when i'm coming down from about 15ft at about 20mph lol

also, take off your solinoid, and check for rust and electralysis(spelling?) My GC's were all gunked up, also check the springs on the diaphram. thats my opinion

check ur switch box, i had my bag go down but not up,i took all the valves off and it wasnt thats.it was the switch box ,taking the valves is not to hard, just becarefull with the seal rings, if you don't put them back on right ur gona have a leak.
Haha, mine does that sometime. It pissed me off a few times cause I'd hit the lift switch and the air would come out the dump valve. Kinda had me confused, thinking I'd wired something wrong.. Turns out another switch was stuck down, leaving the right front dump valve open..

I've heard of people having issues with the big colored plastic pre-wired switch boxes, mine for the most part worked for me but I'm gonna rip it out and jus run 4 switches on the dash cleaner, simplier, sorta sick of taking a corner sharp and switchbox slides and all of a sudden ur right front drops haha

my box whas one of the small one from suicide doors ,with the rocker swicth, and that whas the hole problem,
good thing is that i know how my valves lok inside and out, i took them all a part.
i think i have some extra orings for the parker valves , those usualy
are hard to get back on, i ve put them in the freezer to shrink them, but had to get newones, and even thoug i dont have water trap, my valves whre preety clean..

most valves are ment for one way use meaning air will only go in one way and out the other u prop have ur fill valve backwards just a thought
