does pathfinders have leaf springs?

went to cali to look at this pathfinder today. but it was weird. it had leaf springs in the rear and a four banger for a motor.. as far as I kno... the four doors didnt come with four cylinders... and I thought pathfinders had four link suspensions

but I could be wrong... what do you think guys

they did have 4 cylinder motor but never heard of a leaf spring also it could have had the frame swapped easiest to find out by looking at the front suspension.

edit: there were some 2door pathfinder with 4 cyl

sounds like a frame swap. 4 doors only had the v6, and 4 link w/ coils.

Unless the early ones were different I've only seen coils in the back.

according to my 87 pathfinder manual (true Nissan manual, not a Haynes or something like that) the V6 and the 4cly both had coils and a 4 link. I think its a frame swap
