Heater in my hardbody

Alright so My blower motor works for my a/c but it seems to not have heat in my truck. I have the ka24e and i need a/c as its the winter time and it gets kind of cool down here. Here might be a hint my temp gauge in my truck doesnt work. Could this have to do with i need a new thermostat. Help me out fella's if possible today because im working on my motor.

check to see if the heater core has been bypassed....

and when you say bypassed im thinking just the hoses connected and not to the heater core. Heres the thing tho the bitch gets alil heat after awhile

Sounds like a sticky thermostat. I take it this is the first time you've decided to use it this year right? Change it out, frik your engine has 300k on it. lol! peace.
